The Sounds (“Music”) offered on https://jaapi.media remain the property of its manufacturer and/or Jaapi Media. (Collectively, “Licensor”) and are licensed to you royalty-free as the original end-user (“Licensee”), for use subject to the provisions below.  All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved exclusively by Licensor. 

The contents in each product are licensed non-exclusive, royalty-free, not sold, to you for use in your personal and commercial projects. 

The right to use each product is granted only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, upload to or download from any server, or transfer all or any of the purchased sounds to another user, or for use in any competitive product. 

You may use the contents purchased for your personal and commercial projects (which include video productions, radio/TV programs or commercials, computer/video games, multimedia presentations, social media, podcasts, websites, apps, guided yoga and meditations, and public performances, subject to the points below. 

• You may NOT use any contents purchased in any sample library, music library, or similar collection of sounds, or to create sounds for other software or hardware products. 

• Loops or musical phrases can only be used as is and NOT warped, remixed, or mixed with additional music or subliminal messages for personal or commercial purposes.

This non-exclusive, royalty-free license does NOT cover the physical duplication, distribution of CDs or distribution to any music streaming service (i.e. Spotify or Apple Music). Nor can the music be uploaded to any meditation, mindful app, or similar competing product (i.e. Insight Timer or Calm App). 

You may NOT resell, relicense or otherwise distribute any contents purchased on https://jaapi.media to any third party, in any form or medium.

All sales are final. Licensor will not be responsible if the sounds do not fit the particular purpose of the Licensee. Each product is licensed “as-is” without any warranty, or guarantee of satisfaction. The makers of the purchased product are not responsible for any direct or indirect damages or loss arising from use of the product in any form.

No product or offering on jaapi.media is intended to replace professional medical care.

By using the sounds purchased from https://jaapi.media, you agree to comply with all terms of this agreement. Violations of this license will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
