Jaapi works with a small number of partners who share our music, soundscapes, and preset packs with their own audience. Earn 10% commission on eligible new-customer orders, with 7-day tracking.
Participation is governed by the terms below. Please read them before applying—especially section 4, which explains the placements and practices that are not eligible for commission.

1. Purpose and scope
These Terms govern participation in the Jaapi affiliate program (the “Program”). By joining the Program, generating tracking links, using a discount code issued to you, or receiving commission, you (“Affiliate”, “you”) accept these Terms. They supplement the Jaapi Terms of Service.
2. Approval
Participation requires written approval by Jaapi (“Jaapi”, “we”, “us”). Approval is granted per channel and per placement. Adding channels, domains, sub-domains, apps, or software clients that were not part of your application requires prior written approval.
3. Permitted promotion
Commission is earned on eligible new-customer sales you originate through your own audience and your own content. Eligible placements include, without limitation:
- Your own website, blog, or newsletter, where Jaapi products are covered editorially.
- Your own social-media, video, or podcast channels.
- Your own community, including a Discord server, forum, or course, where you hold the relationship with the audience.
- Paid media, only with Jaapi’s prior written approval and subject to section 4.5.
Affiliate must make clear and conspicuous disclosures of the affiliate relationship wherever required and must comply with applicable advertising, consumer-protection, privacy, and marketing laws.
4. Prohibited placements and practices
The following are not eligible for commission and constitute a material breach of these Terms.
4.1 Coupon, deal, voucher and cashback placements
Listing Jaapi on coupon, deal, voucher, promo-code, cashback, or loyalty websites, apps, sub-domains, or aggregator networks, whether operated by you or by a third party, is prohibited. This includes any page whose primary function is to reveal, unlock, test, or aggregate discount codes.
4.2 Browser extensions, toolbars and add-ons
Distributing Jaapi tracking links, tracking cookies, or discount codes through any browser extension, toolbar, add-on, plugin, injected script, or software client is prohibited.
4.3 Cookie stuffing and forced clicks
Setting, replacing, or refreshing a Jaapi affiliate cookie without a deliberate, informed click by the user on visible affiliate content is prohibited. This includes hidden or auto-closing tabs and windows, iframes, pixel or 1x1 image loads, pop-unders, auto-redirects, pre-fetching, “reveal code” interstitials whose sole function is to drop a cookie, and any mechanism that overwrites the tracking of another party at or near checkout.
4.4 Distribution of discount codes
Discount codes issued to you are issued for use by your own audience through your own channels. Submitting, publishing, selling, or otherwise passing Jaapi discount codes to coupon sites, aggregators, browser extensions, code databases, deal forums, or any third party is prohibited. Codes remain the property of Jaapi and may be deactivated or rotated at any time without notice.
4.5 Brand bidding and search interference
Bidding on “Jaapi”, jaapi.media, variants, misspellings, or any Jaapi product name in paid search, shopping, or marketplace advertising is prohibited without prior written approval. Direct linking from paid advertising to jaapi.media is prohibited. Publishing pages optimized for “
4.6 Misrepresentation
Advertising discounts, prices, bundles, or terms that Jaapi has not authorized, or presenting yourself as Jaapi or as an official Jaapi channel, is prohibited. Affiliate may not make false, misleading, unsupported, medical, therapeutic, or guaranteed-result claims about Jaapi, its products, music, frequencies, or services.
4.7 Self-referrals and artificial transactions
Affiliate may not earn commission on purchases made by Affiliate, Affiliate’s household members, employees, contractors, or agents, or on transactions made primarily to generate commission. Jaapi may determine eligibility based on payment, account, device, shipping, billing, or other available order data.
4.8 Sub-affiliates and third parties
Affiliate may not permit any sub-affiliate, network, agency, influencer, employee, contractor, or other third party to promote Jaapi on Affiliate’s behalf without Jaapi’s prior written approval. Affiliate is responsible for all promotion conducted using its tracking links or discount codes.
4.9 Brand assets
Affiliate may use Jaapi trademarks, logos, product names, images, and other brand assets only as supplied or expressly approved by Jaapi, solely to promote Jaapi under these Terms and in accordance with any brand guidelines provided by Jaapi.
5. Attribution
5.1 Last eligible click
Commission is attributed on a last-click basis among eligible placements only. Traffic, clicks, and cookies originating from any placement or practice listed in section 4 are ineligible and earn no commission, regardless of their position in the click path.
5.2 Jaapi-owned activity
Affiliate commission is not payable where Jaapi determines that the sale resulted from Jaapi’s own paid advertising or owned marketing channels rather than an eligible affiliate referral.
5.3 Referral window
The referral window is 7 days from the last eligible click.
5.4 Partner discount codes
Where an order carries a discount code issued to a specific partner, Jaapi may attribute that order to the code owner regardless of the last click.
6. Commission, review and withholding
6.1 Commission rate and eligible orders
Affiliate earns a commission of 10% on eligible new-customer orders referred through an approved placement. A “new customer” is a customer who has not previously completed a purchase from Jaapi, as determined by Jaapi’s records.
Commission is calculated on the net product revenue actually received by Jaapi for an eligible order, excluding taxes, shipping charges, refunds, chargebacks, credits, gift-card value, and other non-product amounts.
6.2 Valid orders
Commission becomes payable only after the applicable refund and chargeback period has passed and the order has been recognized as valid.
6.3 Reviews
Jaapi may review any account, placement, click pattern, or order at any time, and may request reasonable evidence of the traffic source, including placement URLs, analytics information, and screenshots.
6.4 Withholding and reversal
Jaapi may place pending commission on hold for the duration of a review and may reverse commission already credited where:
- An order was generated through a placement or practice listed in section 4.
- A review request under section 6.3 is not answered within 14 days.
- The order was refunded, charged back, fraudulent, or otherwise invalid.
Commission is forfeited where activity in breach of section 4 is established.
6.5 Payouts
Commission is paid via PayPal once Affiliate’s approved, payable commission balance reaches a minimum threshold of $50 USD. Affiliate is responsible for providing accurate PayPal payout details and any applicable tax information. Jaapi may delay payment where required payout or tax information is missing, inaccurate, or incomplete.
7. Term and termination
7.1 Termination
Either party may terminate participation in the Program at any time, with or without cause, by written notice, including by email to the address on file.
7.2 Suspension
Jaapi may suspend an account with immediate effect pending a review under section 6.
7.3 Post-termination obligations
On termination, Affiliate must remove all Jaapi tracking links within 5 business days and cease all use or publication of Jaapi discount codes. Commission validly earned before termination remains payable, subject to sections 4 and 6.
8. Changes
Jaapi may amend these Terms. Changes take effect 14 days after notice to the email address on file, or on publication on jaapi.media, whichever is earlier. Continued participation constitutes acceptance. Changes apply to activity from their effective date onward. This version supersedes the program rules previously communicated to partners individually.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by law, the state and federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Program.
